Klamour.com is a social networking environment. The site is currently under development ("Beta"), so there may be errors, typos, and software bugs. In order to use Klamour.com as a "Visitor" or "Member", you shall abide by all applicable laws and this agreement. A "User" is defined as a Visitor or Member. Klamour.com reserves the right to modify, reject, restrict, suspend, terminate and/or refuse a users data or profile at Klamour.com's discretion without prior notice and without liability.

1. Eligibility. Use of Membership in the Klamour.com is void where prohibited. All registration information you submit shall be truthful and accurate. You shall be 14 years of age or older. Any person under 18 years old agrees to get permission from their parents and/or guardians in order to use this site.
2. Term. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use Klamour.com as a User. You agree to read the terms and and conditions of service often to see if there have been any changes. As a User, you agree to any new terms and conditions as they are updated. The terms and conditions may change without notice. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Member's Account Settings page.
3. Fees. Klamour.com is free to use.
4. Security. Klamour.com tries to keep all data secure, but no guarantee is implied that the data shall remain secure and you will not hold Klamour.com liable for any such loss. As a member, you agree to not share your password with any person or third party. Your password is your sole responsibility. In the event your password is lost, Klamour.com shall try to recover your password using the site's utilities, but no guarantee is implied.
5. Site Material. In the event you find the material posted on Klamour.com offensive to you in any way, you agree to not hold Klamour.com responsible in any way. Although the Klamour.com web pages may have a link to submit offensive material to Klamour.com, Klamour.com is not obligated to make changes to that page.
6. User feedback. Klamour.com appreciates your input, but any ideas submitted to Klamour.com shall not be compensated in any form and become sole ownership of Klamour.com in the event they are implemented.
   
7. Content Ownership:

1. Klamour.com does not claim ownership rights over the data and files Users submit. Data and files shall be known as “Content”. By posting content on Klamour.com, you grant Klamour.com the limited license to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on Klamour.com. The user shall not be compensated for any content.
2. The User warrants that any content posted to Klamour.com is owned by the user or has been licensed to the user. Additionally, the user warrants that the posted content does not violate any legal rights of any person and agrees to pay for all royalties, fees, and/or other monies for any said posted content.
