Q: Why there a "beta" in the Klamour.com logo?
A: Beta is common term to signify a website that is under construction.  Klamour.com is currently testing and adding features, so there may be some hiccups and bugs along that way that you may find.  Feel free to let us know if you find bugs along the way or if there are features you would like to see on the site (support@klamour.com).  We read all your emails, so you could possibly have a direct affect on what features shows up on Klamour.com.

Q: What is "edit mode"?
A: Edit mode is used to enable you to make changes to your account.  When you are done making changes to your account, you can turn "edit mode" off by clicking on it, so you can view you profile the way other people will see it.

Q: What are "photos"?
A: photos is an area for you to put images of the things you enjoy whether it is your latest photography or pictures from the club.

Q: What are "blurbs"?
A: Blurbs are quick statements you can submit for people to read and potentially respond to.  Throw it out there and see what people respond back.

Q: What is the "news" section?
A: The internet is full of good information.  Submit the news you find that is important to you and let everyone know about it.

Q: What are "videos"?
A: Submit all the video URLs and embedded links of videos you enjoy from video hosting websites and share them with your friends.

Q: What are "blogs"?
A: Make your own news and get yourself published on klamour.com.  Whether it's a recipe for a new meal, your political thoughts, or something on your mind, share your thoughts so others can see your perspective.

Q: What are the votes for?
A: Votes are a quick way to give positive feedback to other users and to quickly determine what is popular.

PROFILE SETUP

Q: How do I customize my profile colors and design?
A: Click on your personal picture (a.k.a avatar) underneath the "logout" button, and then click on "Customize Your Page".  You will be able to select your color choices with the color picker and/or standard web color codes and view them in the preview window.  You can also select your font, background image, and placement of your background image.

ACCOUNT

Q: How do I remove an account my child setup?
A: Email Klamour.com at support@klamour.com with a subject header of "Child Account Removal", description of your concern, your childs URL, your name, address, and phone number.  We will address the issue as fast as we can.  We may contact you for more information.
